INFO: 2019, digital painting
The overall tone and color palette worked out well enough for this piece aswell as the sky/flowers pointing to the action. I think it fitted with the accompanying orchestral composition too. Critique: the background tree silhouette needed more work, it should be more unusual and distinct looking. The clouds could do with more definition and a few more elements on the left hand side of the image would better direct the viewers attention to the two figures. The contrast in styles between the boy and the dog is also too much (one is very abstract).
